Background of the Study
Warehousing plays a crucial role in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, ensuring the storage and timely distribution of products. However, warehousing challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, poor inventory management, and high operational costs are prevalent in Nigeria, particularly in regions like Yobe State (Obi & Adebayo, 2023).

Coca-Cola Nigeria, a leading FMCG company, relies on efficient warehousing systems to meet consumer demand. Addressing warehousing challenges can significantly improve supply chain performance and reduce costs, making it a critical area of focus (Okonkwo & Garba, 2024).

Statement of the Problem
In the Nigerian FMCG sector, warehousing challenges often lead to inventory losses, delayed deliveries, and increased costs. Coca-Cola Nigeria in Yobe State experiences these issues due to limited storage capacity, inefficient technology, and environmental factors. These challenges impede its ability to maintain a seamless supply chain and meet consumer expectations (Usman & Ibrahim, 2023). This study explores the challenges and proposes solutions to enhance warehousing efficiency.
